Before cooking, pour steep boiling water for 2-3 minutes. You can cook in several ways: • Fry in a pan for 5-6 minutes, turning over every 2-3 minutes; • Cut into rings and fry in a pan until golden brown. Add water and simmer for 10-12 minutes; • Bake for 10-15 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees. Serve with rustic potatoes, boiled rice or green peas. Sausages are combined with garlic or mustard sauces.
